Mozambique cyclone: 700,000 people at risk

Torrential rains continue in the aftermath of Cyclone Kenneth.

After Cyclone Kenneth caused widespread destruction in Mozambique, many people are now in danger as heavy rains continue. The town of Pemba in the north of the country has been particularly badly hit, with more than 2 metres of rain and flooding. We hear from people in the town.

Also, the Spanish Socialist party has won the most seats in the country's elections. The far-right party Vox also won seats in the parliament: the first time a significant far-right force has done so since the return of democracy. We speak to voters on how they feel about the result.

And in Norway a whale was reportedly spotted wearing a strange harness which said “Equipment of St. Petersburg” on it. Why was it wearing it and what could this mean? The journalist who broke the story tells us.
