May urges backing for Brexit delay

UK Prime Minister meets the French and German leaders to get support for a Brexit delay

UK Prime Minister Theresa May is holding Brexit talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron urging them to back a further delay to Brexit until 30 June. The UK is currently due to leave the EU in three days time. Our UK Political Correspondent Rob Watson gives us the latest.

Also, in Sudan there have been reports of tear gas and live ammunition fired at protesters by the security forces. Thousands of people have been protesting for three months to get President Omar al-Bashir to resign. We hear from the protesters.

And we talk about peoples' experiences of divorce after proposed changes to the law in the UK, that suggests couples should be able to split-up without having to blame each other.
