After England and Tottenham player Danny Rose received racist abuse by fans at a match against Montenegro, he says the he 'can't wait to see the back of football'. Uefa has charged Montenegro with racist behaviour but Rose says that he does not expect a significant punishment. But what is the right way to stop racism by football fans?
