Iraqi PM dismisses senior officer amid protest deaths

A senior military officer in Iraq has been dismissed after more than twenty protesters were killed by the security forces.

An Iraqi military commander who was sent to the southern city of Nasiriya has been fired, after security forces killed at least 25 people there.
