Bolivian interim president says Morales is stirring up riots

Interim President of Bolivia Jeanine Anez tells the BBC that the current backlash on the streets is in response to ‘electoral fraud’ by the previous leader. Meanwhile, the former President Evo Morales, spoke to the BBC from Mexico, where he is currently exiled, and vehemently denied these allegations.
