Trump impeachment inquiry: First public hearings begin
The first public hearings in President Trump's impeachment inquiry begin today.
President Donald Trump is accused of improperly seeking help from Ukraine to boost his chances of re-election next year -- something he denies. So far all of the evidence has been given in private -- but it will now be broadcast live.
Also in the programme: Bolivian opposition senator Jeanine Áñez has declared herself interim president; and we speak to the Executive Editor of the New York Times, Dean Baquet, about the challenges, and responsibilities, of journalists in the era of President Trump.
