Climate emergency ‘clear and unequivocal’

Three quarters of commitments made by countries under the Paris agreement are ‘totally inadequate’ to prevent climate change, according to expert analysis.

Also in the programme: At least nine US citizens, three women and six children, have been killed in northern Mexico, in an attack by suspected drug cartel gunmen; and in the UK, ministers are being accused of sitting on a report into Russian interference in British elections.
