Argentina swings to the left

Argentina has elected as President, Alberto Fernández, with former Peronist President, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, as his running mate. What will the change mean for the Latin America's third largest economy and the wider region?

Also in the programme: The British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, is again frustrated in his attempt to call an early general election; and in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, a major rescue operation that has captured national attention is in its fourth day, after a two year-old boy, called Sujith Wilson, fell into a well that's nearly two hundred metres deep.
