EU leaders confirm three-month Brexit extension

EU leaders have confirmed a three-month Brexit extension meaning the UK can leave before that deadline if a deal is approved by the UK Parliament. The Prime Minister is obliged by law to accept the offer, meaning the UK will almost certainly not be leaving the EU on Thursday.
