UK parliament votes to hold off approval for the prime minister's new Brexit deal
The UK parliament votes to hold off approval for the prime minister's new Brexit deal. As a result, Prime Minister Boris Johnson is now required to ask the EU to extend the 31st October deadline - something he is dead set against.
