
Draft Brexit deal agreed
The EU and the UK have agreed a Brexit deal, but the DUP have refused to support it
A Brexit deal has been agreed between the UK and EU before a meeting of European leaders in Brussels. The British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker called it a "fair" outcome - and said there was no need to extend the Brexit deadline.
Also in the programme: The US Vice President and Secretary of State meet President Erdogan in an attempt to persuade him to half the Turkish offensive against Syrian Kurds; and US forces rehearsed with Syrian Kurds scenarios to best resist a Turkish assault of north-east Syria.
