The US plans to evacuate 1,000 troops from northern Syria as Turkey military advances. Amid the unrest, family members of Islamic State fighters are reported to have escaped a camp that housed thousands of displaced people. It was at this camp a BBC journalist met three orphaned children, from London. Their parents had taken them to live in the Islamic State's caliphate five years ago.
