This year's Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded to the Ethiopian prime minister, Abiy Ahmed, for ending a twenty-year conflict with Eritrea.
Also in the programme: Turkey has bombed further targets in northern Syria on the third day of its offensive against Kurdish forces; and Iran's national oil company says two missiles have hit one of its tankers in the Red Sea off the coast of Saudi Arabia.
