Swiss auction off supercars of Equatorial Guinea leader’s son
Supercars confiscated from the vice president of Equatorial Guinea have been auctioned.
Twenty-five luxury cars confiscated from Teodorin Nguema Obiang, the son of the ruler of Equatorial Guinea, have been auctioned off in Switzerland. The sale of the vehicles -- including Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Bentleys and Rolls Royces -- has raised more than $23 million for social projects back in the West African country.
Also in the programme: Austria's conservative People's Party, led by former Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, has emerged as the biggest party in the general election but without an overall majority; and we hear from two young Afghan musicians who are using their music to cope with the violence at home.
