Did White House try 'to cover up details of Trump-Ukraine call'?

A whisteblower claims senior White House officials tried to "lock down" all details of a phone call between Donald Trump and the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, that is alleged to show President Trump encouraging his Ukrainian counterpart to open a corruption enquiry into his possible Democratic presidential rival, Joe Biden.
