UK Supreme Court: PM's suspension of Parliament was 'unlawful'
Supreme Court rules that Boris Johnson acted unlawfully in having parliament suspended in the run-up to Brexit.
Boris Johnson has defended suspending parliament for five weeks in the run-up to Brexit, after a historic Supreme Court ruling that he'd done so unlawfully. Also in the programme: the Brazilian president tells the rest of the world to stop interfering over the Amazon. And pressure mounts on President Trump over a telephone conversation he held with the Ukrainian president.
