Saudis say oil attack was sponsored by Iran

A Saudi spokesman shows journalists wreckage he says is from Iranian-made drones.

A Saudi defence ministry spokesman has showed journalists the wreckage of what he says were Iranian-made drones and missiles used to attack a Saudi oil refinery. The US Secretary of State has described the attack as an act of war.

Also in the programme: President Trump has stripped the state of California of its power to set car emission standards; and India has banned electronic cigarettes, saying they pose a health risk.
