Judges at Scotland’s Court of Session said the Prime Minister was trying to prevent Parliament holding the government to account ahead of an October Brexit deadline. The UK Parliament’s five week suspension began in the early hours of Tuesday morning. We’ll hear from a former UK Supreme Court justice, and ask what this means for Boris Johnson.
