As the UK Parliament prepares to vote on whether to delay plans to leave the EU by 31st October and stop a no deal Brexit, we hear from a supporter of the government and from a conservative rebel. Also we have the latest updates on the devastation caused by Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas. And a US envoy has announced that a peace agreement has been reached between the US government and the Taliban, despite the fact that the Taliban have admitted responsibility for a bomb in Kabul last night which killed at least 16 people.
