Johnson to meet Merkel with call to scrap backstop
Leaders meet in Berlin amid calls for the Irish border backstop to be scrapped.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel is due to meet British Prime Minister Boris Johnson in Berlin, where he is expected to reiterate his call for the Irish border backstop plan to be scrapped.
Also in the programme: President Trump calls off his state visit to Denmark because the Danish prime minister refused to sell Greenland to the US; and a "record number of fires" in the Brazilian rainforest.
