North Korea launches blistering verbal attack on South
North Korea has called President Moon delusional and reportedly held a missile test.
North Korea has snubbed peace talks with South Korea despite Kim Jong-un and his Southern counterpart President Moon Jae-in smiling in a historic encounter on the southern side of the border in April last year.
Also in the programme: riot police in Zimbabwe's capital Harare use tear gas and batons to disperse several hundred protesters; and demonstrations continue in Hong Kong, stoking fears that China's military will intervene.
