Iran: nuclear deal talks 'a step forward'

Iran meets with world powers on its nuclear accord. Can the deal be kept alive?

A meeting in Vienna among the remaining signatories of the embattled nuclear deal between Iran and world powers has been 'a step forward' according to Iran. But is this enough to keep the deal alive? One of the keys to that - the Europeans believe - is a trade mechanism called INSTEX that would allow countries to continue trading with Iran, without falling foul of secondary US sanctions.
