Venezuelan opposition leader says outside military force remains an option

The Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaidó tells Newshour that outside military force remains an option to secure a political transition. Mr Guaidó said military intervention might be necessary if the government of President Nicolas Maduro refused to relinquish power and kept on killing opposition protesters.
