
Xi Jinping visits N Korea to boost China's ties with Kim
The two leaders have met before but never in North Korea itself.
The Chinese President, Xi Jinping, has received an enthusiastic welcome for his two-day visit to North Korea. Crowds lined the streets and gathered on footbridges as Mr Xi drove into Pyongyang; he travelled part of the way in an open-topped car.
Also in the programme: Newshour speaks to one of the most senior and long serving Palestinian officials; and The Court of Appeal in London has ruled that the British government acted unlawfully by allowing arms exports to Saudi Arabia for possible use in the conflict in Yemen.
