Oxfam criticised over Haiti sex claims

The UK Charity Commission has criticised Oxfam for the way it dealt with claims of sexual misconduct by its staff in Haiti. Also; the top US diplomat for Africa is going to Sudan this week amid the unrest there. And; Botswana's High Court has ruled in favour of decriminalising homosexuality in a landmark decision.
