
‘Unfolding humanitarian disaster’ in Idlib
Hospitals are being deliberately targeted by Syrian regime forces, claims UN
The UN security council today heard accounts of what's been called an “unfolding humanitarian disaster” in the rebel-held city of Idlib. Mark Lowcock, the UN's undersecretary general for Humanitarian Affairs told Newshour that he thinks hospitals in Idlib are being deliberately targeted by Syrian regime forces.
