Palestinians boycott US-led economic conference in Bahrain

Palestinian officials say they won't attend a US led conference in Bahrain aimed at bolstering the economies of the occupied West Bank and Gaza. The Palestinians say they won't participate, and that nobody can negotiate on their behalf.

Also in the programme: the World Food Programme is considering suspending aid deliveries to desperately hungry people in parts of Yemen, saying Houthi rebels are interfering in its work; and why Huawei's woes go further than Google cutting off cooperation.
