Sri Lanka Government Admits to Major Lapses on Bombings

Sri Lanka's government has acknowledged lapses in its failure to prevent Sunday's suicide bombings. President Maithripala Sirisena has asked his defence secretary and police chief to resign for failing to pass on intelligence warning of the attacks. The sister of the suspected ringleader of the attacks has spoken to the BBC.
