UN envoy to Libya warns against foreign intervention

Newshour's Lyse Doucet has been speaking to the UN envoy to Libya, Ghassan Salamé, who warns against direct foreign intervention in the worsening conflict. We also hear from a French foreign ministry spokeswoman on France's position within the security council.
