New Sudan leader promises civilian-led government
Protesters in Sudan win more concessions from the new military government.
Representatives of protesters in Sudan have met military leaders in the capital Khartoum. The country's new leader Abdel Fattah Abdelrahman Burhan has promised that Sudan will soon be led by a civilian government after the ousting of Omar al-Bashir.
