UN Attempts to Stop Libya Assault

UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres has failed to dissuade the forces of General Khalifa Haftar from advancing on the capital, Tripoli. The city is the base for the internationally recognized government. General Haftar is aligned to a rival administration in the east.
