California wildfires; Donald Trump in France; the historian facing child abuse in Russia

Wildfires rage across California where at least nine people have died trying to escape the devastation; President Trump is in France to take part in commemoration ceremonies to mark the end of world war one - he began his visit by attacking his host on Twitter; and the historian investigating Stalin's crimes who's facing charges of child abuse in Russia - but his supporters say it's a witch hunt.
