Indonesia Earthquake: Rescue Operation Underway After Tsunami Hits

Authorities say the death toll has risen to more than 400 people.

Indonesian rescue workers are struggling to evacuate people trapped in the debris of collapsed buildings in the city of Palu, following a 7.7 magnitude earthquake that triggered a tsunami.
