Kavanaugh to Face FBI Inquiry Over Sex Assault Allegations

Republicans voted to support Trump's Supreme Court pick but he will face an FBI investigation over sex assault allegations.

President Trump has ordered an additional FBI investigation into allegations of sexual assault against his nominee to the Supreme Court. Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s appointment was approved by the majority of the Senate Judiciary Committee but he will now be investigated over claims that he assaulted Dr Christine Blasey Ford at a party in 1982.
