Actress Rose McGowan Reacts to Weinstein Arrest

Former Hollywood film mogul Harvey Weinstein has been released on a $1 million bail bond after being charged with rape and sexual abuse, actress Rose McGowan, an alleged victim, reacts to his arrest. Ben Brafman, Weinstein’s lawyer, denies the charges and says he will enter a not guilty plea for his client.
