Indian government passes a death penalty law for rape of a child under 12
On Saturday, the Indian government approved the introduction of the death penalty for anyone convicted of raping a child under the age of twelve, following the shocking sex attack and murder of an eight year old girl called Asifa Bano. Is it enough stop the high number of sexual assaults in the country?
