President Trump's ex-lawyer claims Mr Trump knew about leak of hacked Democratic emails

US President Donald Trump's ex-lawyer Michael Cohen has claimed Mr Trump knew beforehand about a leak of hacked Democratic emails. In congressional testimony, he also said Mr Trump directed plans for a Moscow skyscraper even during his White House campaign. Our correspondent in Washington brings us analysis of the testimony and reports on its possible impact on Capital Hill.
