Instagram: Self-harm images to be removed

It comes after the death of a 14-year-old girl

Instagram's boss, Adam Mosseri, has told the BBC that all graphic imagery of self harm will be removed from the social networking platform. It comes after the father of British teenager Molly Russell said he believed Instagram had 'helped to kill' his daughter.

Also, we hear the conversation around blackface in Virginia where the Attorney General, Mark Herring, has acknowledged that he wore "brown makeup" to a party when he was at university.

And we go to South Africa where President Cyril Ramaphosa is set to deliver his last state-of-the-nation address ahead of elections in May.

If you’ve been affected by self-harm, eating disorders or emotional distress, help and support is available via the BBC Action Line.
