Suicide Attack In Libya

Suicide bombers have attacked the Libyan foreign ministry in Tripoli with explosives

Suicide bombers have attacked the foreign ministry in the Libyan capital Tripoli with gunfire and explosives. Three civilians are reported to have been killed. It's not yet clear who was behind the attack, but a senior security source has blamed it on Islamic State militants. We’ll hear from our Middle East Editor Alan Johnston.

Also on the show we have an update on the rescue operation in Indonesia after the Tsunami. And we hear the latest on Abbas Edalat a British professor who has returned to the UK after detention in Iran on security charges. We also look back on 2018 and discuss the global significance of the #MeToo movement.
