
Migrant Girl Dies After Crossing Mexico-US Border
US officials say that a seven-year-old girl, who illegally crossed the Mexico-US border with family, died hours after being taken into custody.
US media reports that a seven-year-old girl, who had crossed illegally the Mexico-US border, has died of dehydration and shock. The Guatemalan girl was part of the group of migrants who say they are fleeing persecution, poverty and violence in their home countries of Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.
