What's it like living with a chronic illness?

US actress Sarah Hyland, known for her role in the sitcom 'Modern Family' has spoken out about the struggles of having to undergo two kidney transplants. She says that having the operations left her "contemplating suicide". We'll speak to people who can relate to her story.
