Brexit Vote Delayed

British PM May delays vote on her Brexit deal. We're broadcasting live from outside the Parliament.

British Prime Minister Theresa May delays Tuesday's crucial vote on her Brexit deal. She was facing the prospect of defeat. The decision is being described as "historic" by political commentators. Her deal has been agreed with the EU - but it needs to be backed by the UK Parliament if it is to become law. The UK is proposing to leave the European Union in March next year. So what is going to happen now? We are broadcasting live from outside the Parliament in London.
