Russia has said it will be forced to take measures to restore the balance of power if the US withdraws from a key nuclear missile treaty.
We follow the talks in Moscow between the US National Security Adviser John Bolton and the Russian officials after President Trump threatened to pull out of a Cold War treaty that restricts medium-range nuclear missiles.
