India's Supreme Court has ruled that gay sex is no longer a criminal offence.

In a historic decision, India's Supreme Court has ruled that gay sex is no longer a criminal offence. The ruling overturns a 2013 judgement that upheld a colonial-era law, known as section 377, under which gay sex is categorised as an "unnatural offence". We hear reaction from India's LGBT community.

Also we hear from our correspondent in Washington, where several top US officials have denied that they are the author of a damning anonymous editorial that attacks President Donald Trump. The New York Times article, said to be written by a senior White House official, says Mr Trump's appointees are trying to stifle his agenda.
