Police are believed to have identified suspects after the Novichok attack on a Russian ex-spy and his daughter in the UK. Reports say several Russians were involved in the attempted murder of Sergei and Yulia Skripal in Salisbury. We get more on the story. Also, the Israeli parliament has passed a law declaring that only Jews have the right of self-determination in the country.
