President Buhari Meets President Trump

BBC OS gives a vibrant account of the day’s events with explanation and reaction from those involved.

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari has become the first leader from sub-Saharan Africa to be received by US President Donald Trump in talks at the White House on Monday. They are expected to discuss shared economic and security interests, but we'll hear what else might be on the agenda. Also: Dozens of people were killed in a double suicide attack in Afghanistan's capital city Kabul. Several journalists documenting the scene were casualties, and many children were injured. We hear from a BBC journalist who was close to some of the victims. And we hear from Britain's new Home Secretary, Savid Javid as the government struggles to deal with a row over deporting immigrants.
