We hear from our reporter in Toronto as Canadian police question a man suspected of driving a rented van into pedestrians on Monday, killing 10 and injuring 15. Suspect Alek Minassian, 25, was not previously known to authorities, police said, adding that the incident appeared deliberate but no motive was yet clear.

Also we go to Kenya as the country struggles to cope with heavy rains and flash floods that have seen over 2,000 people displaced. And we report on the German music award that has become the focus of a national debate about antisemitism.
