Opposition Leader Named Winner in DR Congo Election

After an election which was plagued by delays, a myriad of problems and suspicions that it wouldn't be free and fair, opposition candidate Felix Tshisekedi has won the Democratic Republic of Congo's tightly contested presidential vote.
