US Hits China With New Tariffs

The White House imposes $16 billion worth of new tariffs on Chinese goods, including chemicals, plastics and motorbikes. These duties come on top of the $34 billion worth of tariffs imposed on China in July.

Also in the programme: The increased demand for skilled surgeons to treat transgender people; and the latest on Ugandan MP and musician Bobi Wine.
