Yemen: Prisoner Swap Deal Agreed

Talks between the Yemeni government and Houthi rebels have resulted in a prisoner swap deal. Also, the United States is seeking the extradition of the Chief Financial Officer of Chinese technology firm Huawei, who has been arrested in Canada. And, Diane Rwigara, an outspoken critic of the Rwandan President has been acquitted of charges of forgery and inciting insurrection.
